This woodland nature reserve of the Radnorshire Wildlife Trust features some of the oldest trees in Radnorshire. The old trees are ancient pollarded oaks and they "support a range of rare and declining epiphytes". The woodland also has abundant Moschatel, Opposite-leaved Golden Saxifrage and many other woodland flowering plants.
