Coolkelure, an old estate in Cork

Nestling under the slopes of Nowen Hill and the source of the Bandon River, Coolkelure is an area of diverse habitats and amazing hedgerows. The hedgerows owe their special nature to a wide variety of fully naturalized escapes from the plants brought in to the estate built by the Shuldham family in the 1800s.
